Payment:

All payments must be in US funds. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and
MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted but I will not send the piece(s) until the check has cleared the bank.

A $30.00 fee will be charged for each check returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

Bellasoro charges 6.25% sales tax to all orders purchased or shipped within the state of Massachusetts.

Shipping:

Items are custom made at the time of order. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be shipped (please allow additional time for shipping). Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item, insurance and delivery confirmation.

Our U.S. Shipping/Handling rates are as follows:

• USPS Priority Mail—with delivery confirmation and insurance, for a flat fee of $12.00
• USPS Next day— with insurance, for a flat fee of $27.00

Return Policy:

Item(s) MUST be returned to Bellasoro Custom Jewelry undamaged within 72 hours of receipt of the item, in its original unused condition. Mail your receipt and item back in the original packaging in a padded envelope. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
If damage occurred during shipping, save the package and notify your post office immediately. They will have to make a damage report and need the package in order to do this. They require you to notify them immediately.

Items exhibiting wear or damage will not be accepted. For acceptable returns, expect a refund of the purchase price only. Please be certain to e-mail email hidden; JavaScript is required prior to returning any merchandise. We want to be aware your piece is being returned so that, upon receipt of the merchandise and acceptance of the return, we may promptly provide your refund.

Repairs:

To have a piece repaired there will be a labor and material charge. The cost will be determined by the item being repaired. Please mail your item, bubble wrapped, in a padded envelope. Contact Christine at email hidden; JavaScript is required for the shipping address.

Warranty:

The designs are constructed to endure time. Occasionally, things happen. It is my desire to make your experience with Bellasoro highly satisfying. There is a 30 day warranty for all pieces. This covers any flaws, defects or damage. If your piece broke during normal use, you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse. If you wish to return your order within the warranty period, please contact Christine at email hidden; JavaScript is required or at (617) 921-3081. Please send all returns, via insured United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express mail. The item should be packaged in a padded box so that the piece may not be further damaged during shipping.

Sizing:

The standard size* of all bracelets, necklaces, and chokers are as follows:

• Bracelets – standard size is 7 ½ inches.* (Individual size can be determined by measuring the wrist and adding approximately 1” to the bracelet length. This will assure a length where the bracelet can move freely on the wrist and won’t be too big.)
• Necklaces – standard size is 18 inches.* (Individual size can be determined by draping a piece of string around the neck and adjusting it to the desired length. Then measure the string to determine your desired length.)
• Chokers – standard size is 16 inches.* (Individual size can be determined by draping a piece of string around the neck and adjusting to the desired length. Then measure the string to determine your desired length.)

* Note: Unless specified, all pieces will be made in the standard size form.
Please also note that there is a $10.00 restringing charge for any item that has to be resized due to inaccurate measuring on behalf of the customer.

Miscellaneous:

Costs for resizing a bracelet are $10.00 for one strand, $15.00 for two strands, $20.00 for three strands, and $25.00 for four strands, plus shipping and handling charges of $12.00.

Jewelry Care:

• If your design contains silver, remember it is sterling and can tarnish. Tarnish can easily be removed by gently rubbing a soft cloth, treated with polishing products. You may purchase one at your local jewelry store. Most department stores sell polishing cloths.
• Store your silver in an airtight compartment or plastic bag to minimize tarnishing.
• Put your jewelry on last. Exposing the design to hair spray, make-up and perfumes can cause damage and spotting. Jewelry should not be worn during sports activities, swimming, showering, doing yard work, heavy cleaning, using bleaches or cleaning solutions.

Privacy Policy:

Bellasoro Custom Jewelry does not share information about its customers with outside companies. All information obtained from our customers will remain confidential. Any and all information obtained from both customers and perspective customers will be retained by Bellasoro for its own internal use only. If at anytime, you would like to cease receiving communications as of any form from Bellasoro, simply contact us via e-mail, and your information will be removed from our database.
